I had a very good service, specially the examiner NP was the best with her good explanation as a physician.

When I arrived for my annual Physical I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk who confirmed my details and directed me to a waiting room seat. Minutes later my name was called by the nurse. She guided me through the collection of basic measurements, (weight, blood pressure, etc) and information about my health including complaints. This person was kind and worked through her tasks at a pace that was comfortable for me. I never felt rushed or pressured and I did feel well cared for. When Dr Condrell arrived he was equipped with all the information the nurse had collected and explained to me that he had as much time as I needed to talk about my health or other things that might be concerning me. I had completed my lab tests before the visit and we were able to discuss those details to my great satisfaction. Dr Condrell also spent time sharing with me ideas for remaining healthy and physically fit...an important topic for me. Overall, the visit was a great experience and provided me with excellent insights for continued good health. I left feeling like everyone I encountered during the visit valued my time as much as I valued theirs.

I felt cared for and never rushed or pressured. She provided me with options I could take at my leisure and I left satisfied with my care.

It's always good to see Dr. Condrell.... I enjoy consulting with him about my health. A minor issue, however, is the delay or the waiting to see him after my arrival at the appointment time. The delay usually is about 30-45 minutes.

I’ve found the practice to be very efficient, convenient, and organized as compared with my previous providers. The phone/office staff are helpful and courteous. Morgan, my outstanding Nurse practioner, has been thorough, highly competent/knowledgeable, and very personable. So many PMDs are becoming concierge doctors these days, and while Dr. Condrell appears to be one of them, I deeply appreciate than part of the structure of the office/practice is accessible to the rest of us with great primary care providers!

I would have given four stars because the interaction with Morganof For my reason for being there was good. I went for a preop visit on 5 August, and they had not sent the results over to my surgeon and as of Friday nothing has been done, which is unacceptable. But after calling them and explaining they were about to ruin a surgery that I have been waiting for that following week and that this should have been given to the surgeon the same week I had that preop done. On Saturday after yet another call they finally sent the results of my preop to my surgeon. But having to go through what I went through is unacceptable

Very professional annual physical. Thx a lot

I went in for a routine blood draw and genetic test. Elizabeth had a good bedside manner, but, in retrospect, I feel like she wasn't fully listening to my concerns. I showed her a specific lab order from my gastroenterologist for a DNA test to help with a celiac diagnosis, and explained I’d been gluten-free for a year. She confirmed the test would be ordered. When I got my results, I realized the wrong celiac test had been ordered. Instead of the DNA test, Elizabeth ordered a celiac test designed for people still eating gluten in their diet, so it was completely useless in my situation. I contacted Elizabeth, and she said they'd try to add the correct test. The next day, I was told it couldn’t be done, and when I asked why the wrong test was ordered, the receptionist simply said, "I don't know," in between giggles. I’m back where I started and have to go get my blood redrawn, and the lack of professionalism and lack of accountability (insinuating there was “confusion” instead of simply admitting fault) left a very bad impression.

Morgan Shumate cares, she is careful with detail and gives good advice. I trust her opinión an in my experience, she has always been correct. I hope I can continue seeing her now that I’ve lost my primary care. Quite stressful

After waiting six months for an appointment with Dr. Condrell, I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was taken back to the exam room on time where the medical assistant performed a quick history. I then sat for an hour waiting for the doctor. At which time I left. If the doctor has no respect for my time, I have a deep concern if my health would ever be a priority. I will never know. Unsurprisingly, my existing prescriptions were entered incorrectly into their electronic database and sent to my pharmacy. I had to spend hours correcting this mistake.

Elizabeth is so knowledgeable and clear and precise and easy to understand. She answered all my questions in a way so accessible. I would recommend Elizabeth highly.

Front desk service is a bit iffy (never looked up and failed to welcomed bisitirs) but don’t worry as soon as your name is called all gets immediately better - the medical assistants are cordial and prepare thoroughly for the scheduled consultation. The consultation with the PA is highly professional and thoughtful- even though the PAs are clearly very busy they neither rush the consultation nor forget to treat you like a whole person rather than simply as a particular ailment! The blood work station was really experienced (never felt the needle) I have been several times now and never felt a need to see a doctor or get a second opinion Get by the front desk and your visit is great!

On the whole, my experience with the entire Spring Valley team has been nothing been terrific. They have been responsive, professional, caring, and good listeners. And they've given me great medical advice. This week, I really needed help in a hurry, and Morgan was absolutely wonderful in all ways. I feel fortunate to have found this practice.

Caring, attentive and concerned care!

Kellie Loughran spent more time talking about her child than my medical concerns. She will also reprimand you for taking certain drugs (I've had to take for years) because she thinks too many drugs are bad. I'm 78, I need to take drugs to keep healthy. She is so anti-drug it makes me wonder if she's in the wrong profession.

It took me a really long time to find a new PCP, because nobody wants to take on more Medicare patients. Then I called Dr.Condrell's practice and I got an appointment. He was very thorough and took his time with me. So far I can only say that I was very impressed with his demeanor and knowledge. He also called in a visit to the Radiologist, they then called me to set up the appointment. This is definitely what I would all "Service". Thank you!

I saw Morgan after having been sick for the majority of the week. I was both overwhelmed and frustrated but was comforted and reassured by the care I received yesterday. We spent time discussing my symptoms and health history and felt nothing but compassion for her and her team. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Spring Valley Medicine.

Morgan is awesome!! She is patient and truly listens to your concerns. She does arbitrary write prescriptions but rather she provides thoughtful suggestions to hopefully permanently resolve issues. I have also seen NP, Sally Markell at this practice and she was amazing as well!

My annual visit at Dr. Condrell's office is very pleasant and satisfying. Dr. Condrell goes out of his way to talk and listen to patients. And, last but no least, his medical expertise is much appreciated and correct in his diagnosis.

Excellent visit and consultation. Testing was smooth and results obtained within two days. Staff was kind and very professional in their examinations. Dr. Condrell spent extra time discussing my health and offering advice for the long term. Staff also reviewed my shot record and found that I needed Tetanus shot to bring my inoculations up-to-date.

I was very pleased with my new patient history and physical with Morgan Shumate, NP. She was very personable, professional, confident, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she listened to my description of various symptoms and complaints. Rather than looking up from a screen constantly, she was fully engaged in our conversation during the entire visit. We discussed various options for managing some of my chronic conditions, and my input was considered. I felt supported and also welcomed into the practice and various aspects of care.

Michelle is fantastic. Like a typical male, I tend to rush everything, focusing on the goal. This is where Michelle steps in and "SLOWS MY ROLL" examines the situation in a multidisciplinary manner, and operates to reduce risk and extend lifespan. For example, although I have had tachycardia my whole life, she would not let me slide, and sent me to a cardiologist for an echocardiogram. Everything was fine, and my heart is pumping efficiently and is strong, but now I don't worry about the HR. I ended up on a low level beta blocker just to conserve the hearts function for years to come. I love Michelle! happy patient, Rich Hughes
